Where even minor miscommunication can have major consequences, Robin knows that accuracy and precision are everything. As an immigrant from Germany growing up in a multilingual household, Robin learned from an early age that differing cultural assumptions can vary the meaning of a message. He carries this knowledge into his work, listening carefully in order to best serve his clients’ needs.

Before joining Mauck & Baker, Robin sharpened his legal skills in a few different practice settings, including an internship with the Illinois Appellate Court, First District. He is comfortable speaking in court, having previously worked in both civil and criminal litigation. Robin is also a USPTO registered patent agent.

In his free time, Robin enjoys listening to audiobooks, cooking, and serving in his church.
